Inner Calmness Will Bring Solutions for a Chaotic Outer World.

When times become difficult, mentally and emotionally, and there doesn’t seem to be any relief around you, balance should be your main focus. Keeping ourselves balanced by quieting the mind and practicing our breathing techniques, (Box Breathing), will greatly reduce our current stress level and help us to focus ourselves mentally, physically and spiritually, and this is the key that opens the door for our angelic force to come in and assist us.

Retraining our brains to accept this form of balance will always bring us back to a state of overall well-being when nothing else seems to be working. Keeping calm should become the most important part of our day anyway, so continuing to practice these simple stress relief techniques will soon become a habit and your body will retain this routine practice as muscle memory. When the body is in alignment with the brain the spirit will take care of the rest.
