Here is a simple but effective Breathing Technique(Also Known As, Breathwork) to calm down the nervous system and relax the mind and body.
The Breathwork technique below is known as box breathing, and even a couple minutes of mindful breathing in this way can bring immense calm.
Your breath is your life. Your ability to breathe is your ability to live. It is essential that you take care of your ability to breathe.

Box Breathing is also effective morning or night. I recommend that you do it morning & night.

Mockumentary: (a blend of mock and documentary) is a type of film or television show depicting fictional events but presented as a documentary. These productions are often used to analyze or comment on current events and issues by using a fictional setting.
Empathic or sensitive people can be more vulnerable to the effects of to much sugar. Sugar consumption, in the form of candy and processed foods, should be limited. If you crave something sweet, consider fruit(fresh of previously frozen), instead of processed foods like candy. Honey, REAL Maple Syrup(from trees) or real stevia are great natural sweeteners for beverages.
100% real natural whole foods are best! A balanced diet including veggies, fruit, meat, eggs, etc. Organic foods are ideal, if possible.
