Effects of Low Potassium
Most of the population suffers from low potassium overall. Potassium helps to make the fluid in your cells more viscous. It’s also the counter to calcium-overload. If you look at the packaging of most lower-quality products, you’ll typically find an added calcium source, often calcium carbonate. Lower-grade supplements are the same way.

There is a nefarious synergy happening with foods and frequencies that most of the population hasn’t put together yet for 2+2. Most biologists who dig deeper, some medical folks and biohackers who have been around for a decade know what I’m about to say. When you have continual EMF sources and you’re not getting enough potassium into the diet and you’re also getting too much calcium because you’ve been trained like a monkey to think it’s good for your bones (even though phosphorus is just as important), and your gut health is pretty crashed, when it’s not creating the K2 you need, you’ve just setup long-term problems in the body. You may think fermented foods are horrible tasting but they are loaded with K2 and vitamin C.

What’s this nefarious problem? Your cell membranes tell you directly because of the ion-gating allowing the flow of certain electrolytes in and out of the cell. You have voltage-gated calcium and potassium channels. For over 40 years in science, calcium efflux has been a real issue and typically a problem when someone is suffering from a hypoxic situation internally. Calcium efflux is when your mitochondria get an onslaught of electrolyte imbalance. It’s the very way a stroke happens and you get necrosis after the stroke by unregulated calcium and then excitotoxic damage from glutamate as a result of the cascade. These are all known mechanisms. If you don’t get your mineral balance correct, expect that one of many storms can strike.

However, what’s different 40 years ago from today, we have wireless and EMF footprints everywhere and all over our environments and micro-environments at the work desk, in the home, and probably in your bedroom, which you haven’t even considered. There are not only 60 Hertz frequencies going through the lines in your home, there are far, far more than you realize, especially if you’re living closer to neighbors and in city locations where the wires in your home act as Antenna to pull in additional frequencies. Now, if you also have switching power supplies from your computers, devices, solar panels, etc., you have an entirely new and invisible soup of frequencies around you known as Dirty Electricity.

I’m not going to go into the Health effects here, but you get my point. You think you might be living in a clean environment with EMFs because you use Airplane mode, and yes that’s helpful too when in reality you could have much more going on for your exposure to your health and the excess oxidative stress generated because … let’s put 2+2 together, your body has a lot of calcium you’re consuming and now your VGCCs (Voltage Gated Calcium Channels) on your cell membranes are very active a lot of the time to produce more ROS (Reactive Oxygen Species) in your cells that harm some of the mitochondrial components of the more fragile pieces like Complex I that is to generate ATP based on your sugar intake. Extra EMFs also up-ramps your AMPk pathway, so now you’re finding out eating a higher sugary snack seems to do you more damage or more weight gain than you’d expect, and you’re not sure if this is normal and what the f- is going on.

I’ve described to you the sneaky way the industry has aligned against your health. Your cells are far more Potassium stripped, more Calcium is around, your inner cytosol fluids are more watery and less viscous, and now when future insults to your health appear, your cells are just not as Resistant to the overall insults from more EMF, more oxidative stressors, more toxins in the food supply, more toxins created by our environments like molds and mycotoxins and so forth. Our overall “Health cups” are lowered as to how much can be filled into them on the cellular level.

Many doctors have recommended that each of us gets 4,500mg of potassium daily. But, you have to be warned that potassium isn’t something to supplement and there also needs to be some caution here because potassium controls our heartbeat. As a result, flowing calcium into the bloodstream slower, more like a drip, is less disruptive to the heart. Getting 4,500 can be challenging too. Leafy greens have a lot, but that’s like consuming a ton of veggies daily. A person doing Carnivore might also experience ‘keto flu’ symptoms, which are often related to this directly with too much potassium loss. That’s why anyone doing Carnivore successfully will tell you they supplement with electrolytes (and typically these have much higher dose sizes of potassium). And because many soils are stripped of many minerals and nutrients in our modern age, we are generally getting less daily electrolytes than our bodies require. And there’s the complexity of getting good-sourced foods, salts and electrolyte sources as well in forms that our bodies can more readily use.

When we’re in higher EMF environments, we can expect more potassium loss, more VGCC activation, more lowered energy problems, more damage to mitochondria, etc. That’s the takeaway. This is exactly why people who do lower-carb diets succeed in the long run, feel more energized and there are fewer energy swings because they are using Complex II to make energy along the ECT… Electron Chain Transport to generate ATP. Those that have defects in Complex II makes a challenge, if we have to rely on Complex I that’s more Free Radical Leaky. The reason why this happens is that Complex I’s coding is completely inside of mtDNA, not nuclear DNA that’s bundled into histones for added protection against insults to cells and the environment during cell cycles. Yup, Complex II’s DNA is partially stored in the nuclear genome and partially in the mitochondrial DNA and there’s much more cross-talking between the two DNA genomes.
Mother Nature
Here is where the details matter more when you know more if you’ve followed along. This is why we become arrogant to believe if we can step farther away from Mother Nature, everything will be fine… we gaslight ourselves. We need to stay attuned to the sun’s crazy number of non-pulsed, atmospherically filtered frequencies, the earth’s frequencies/heartbeat that removes the inflammation from our bodies and time our sleeping schedules to circadian timing to allow all of the signaling with our vastly complex biology to do the job… rather than reliance on human ignorance and beliefs that get us unhealthy. When you take very deep dives into biology from all angles, the biophysics, the epigenetics, the biochemistry, everything, the message is clear that without Mother Nature, we perish. Good luck Elon Musk to any mission to Mars and how that’s going to go down for the health of your astronauts. From my POV, it’s a one-way ticket.
