As we find ourselves and our energies shifting during our ascension process, it is very common to experience fluctuations in our mind, body and spirit. It is natural to experience these fluctuations throughout our entire being affecting our mental energy (thoughts & emotions), physical energy (strength & weakness), and spiritual energy (connection to self and the universe).

 

Humans have been designed by the natural rhythm of the universe. Our creation was to be in total alignment with everything living. Most importantly, our creator always uses Mother Earth and her endless resources, water, fire, air and earth to cleanse, restore and sustain life throughout the universe. Mother Earth knows her role and she gladly conspires with our creator and the cosmos to keep all of nature evolving.

This is not the first time a cosmic shift of this magnitude has occurred and it will not be the last. As we grow to understand that everything is energy, we begin to comprehend that energy is constantly transforming.  Mother Earth reminds us of this constant shift through fluctuating weather patterns as well as surface evidence such as earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, monsoons, wildfires caused by drought, hurricanes, typhoons and more. Yes, we are all a part of that natural flow and it is up to us individually to accept change in any form, as change leads to growth.

 

I want to show you the steps we all need to take in order to become more aligned with nature by stretching our minds, body, and spirit as we reintegrate our energies with Mother Earth and the cosmos.
