Spiritual Youth Mentorship
Dear Parents!
We hope your young people have enjoyed the youth meetup group sessions!
We started youth mentorship 5-6 years ago and we have met many incredible people during that time and always strive to nurture the curiosity of these young spiritual explorers.
Recent events have indicated to us, that we need to shift our approach. While we encourage the participants to stay in contact with one another, and build friendships, we will no longer be offering these in-person youth group meetups.
Instead we will offer one-on-one support, which can be scheduled at your convenience.
This will still be donation based and the participants, or their parents, may still check out books from our library, if they so choose.
We feel that we can better help each individual by making this switch.
As stated above, this change means you can schedule, any day of the week, where a time slot is available. The one-on-one sessions will be 45-60 minutes in length and we will be able to customize support.
We realize sometimes kids and adults lose interest or simply want to try something different and when they have long school hours, sports and other clubs, sometimes it is difficult to squeeze everything in on the weekend.
This is another reason why we feel individual sessions would work better for everyone.
Obviously any home-schooled students will have more opportunity to incorporate this into their learning journey.
For those who we continue to see on a regular basis, we may occasionally, invite them out into the field with us as we move forward. Some of you already have done this or are about to experience this for the first time.
With it being the first week back in school, for many, we’ve decided to cancel this Saturday’s group meetup in Fridley, MN.

Currently, there are 5 participants, ranging in age from 10-16.
We offer free youth consults.
Initial consults are brief, about 30 minutes
We have never turned anyone away. The consults are just a way for us to get to know the individual, so we can customize our approach.

For those under 9 years old, we focus on collaborating with parents to enhance their understanding and support at home, fostering positive family dynamics. Meanwhile, youth aged 10 & up, with parent permission, may meet with us, one-on-one.
