We start each class session by grounding in a safe place and we meditate to connect with the higher self and learn basic protection techniques while using our abilities. These same techniques can also be used as you go about your daily life. You will learn to identify and use your gift(s). – Examples include Mediumship, Past Lives, Psychometry(reading of objects), animal communication, medical empath, connecting with guides, etc.

The class mainly consists of two main parts. One part consists of practical exercises to help us understand our natural gifts and how the spirit realm communicates with us, as individuals.
The other part is discussion-based: Discussion consists of gaining general knowledge, (Q & A), and ways we may improve our physical and mental health so our spirit can thrive.
Everyone has a unique way in which spirit communicates with them. Communication may take the form of words, symbols, imagery, dreams, numerology, etc. You may have also heard of these abilities in the following terms…
